Boom.  He doesn’t do this unless there is a specific reason right?

It just pushes money down the line in each of their contracts

So that's 32 Mil for Josh and Von, 6 mil for Milano's extension, 1.3 mil from Hines' restructure, and 600k for Settle's restructure. Roughly 40 million freed up at around 17.6 over.

Would be interested to see where that leaves us after McGovern, Martin, Matakevitch, and Lewis moves.

I think what he’s saying is it appears Beane doesn’t restructure unless he has something in the boat that he has to pay for.

Because we were $16M over the cap, and now we're about $16M under the cap. Just enough to sign a couple guys and our rookies. 🤷‍♂️

We knew it was coming.  Let Poyer walk unless he wants back at a team friendly deal and go load up on offense.  Beane does his best work at night.

with an Ed Oliver trade and a few more extensions/restructures it can be another 20-25 mil

BIG BALLER BEANE

OP please fix spelling of Miller's name in title.  Thx for posting this as was wondering when they'd get these two redone.

True but by the time it comes due the cap should hopefully increase enough to be able to cover it with out to much of a problem . 🙏
