There are a lot of options in the WR market this offseason. It would be malpractice if we don't add one of the available upgrades.

And the reason why McDermott, as a head coach now is because he was such a good defensive coordinator

I think he’s going there, but I’m less confident today than I was before the weekend.

Beane didn't hire McD.  McD was hired by the Pegulas.  Beane was hired afterwards.

Trade for Cooks if possible and get Bijan/Flowers/Hyatt (in order of preference) in the first round. Want some fire power that can maximize Allen’s talent on offense and challenge these top-end defenses in our division? There’s one path.

There is a ton of talent in this draft. Trenton Simpson and Jack Campbell could both be available to us and would likely be instant upgrades depending on if they adjust scheme a little.

They didn't replace him with anyone though. I fully expect the defense to regress unless they get more talent. Leslie sucks, but he's better than having literally no-one in the job.

Same with Edmunds. If they decide to replace him with some scrub, it isn't a defense of his awesomeness.

Yup, and a mediocre one. He's not going to be able to effectively be a DC and an HC, when he hasn't even been a competent gameday HC. very few coaches can pull that feat off.
