Yeah I know a few around here liked the guy I don't know much about him but I'd like to know more.

Basically a lot like McGovern. Stuck behind Warner and Greenlaw as the 3rd LB. Greenlaw got hurt in 2021 and Al-Shaahir stepped in and didn’t miss a beat. 49ers signed Greenlaw to an extension basically leaving no spot and has been a really good backup last year. 25 years old looking for a chance to step out of the shadows

Sam Darnold to 49ers

Honest question, why?

They invested a ton into Tre Lance who has barely played, and Purdy seemed like a real life QB last year.

I imagine it is a condemnation on Tre Lance. But weird none the less.

They were disappointed when they're 4th string QB wasn't also somehow better than they're previous one.

Lance is coming off a broken ankle, and Purdy wont be ready till mid november at best.

Is it me or does this period seem like it is moving very very slow compared to past years.  I get the UFA class isnt the greatest but that also hasnt stopped things in the past.

This could be a sign Cole Holcomb is going elsewhere. I think he is a good fit here. But coming off an injury there is some risk.

I thought dillards whole profile was great at pass pro terrible at run blocking

Thats what it really is, that is why a little weird for Tenn unless they are finally thinking about modernizing their offense.

Daboll cannot quit Breida

Purdy a question mark to play in 2023 and Lance hasn't shown he's starting caliber.
