I like a good person as much as the next one. However, a nice man is not the first quality I would want in an NFL Coach. 

 

How about instead?

1. Winner

2. Gets his players prepared to play

3. Clock Management

Well there a lot to very good human beings in all walks of life, & he may be one of the nicest well intentioned guys on the planet.  Unfortunately he’s reached his peak professionally.  The Bills know what they have, his trackrecord is well established. It’s nothing personal but Josh needs an offensive minded head coach.

 

This franchise will not move the needle any further than we’ve seen under his oversight.

 

How many more of these bizarre losses do we need to see?
