I won't be surprised if we sign someone like Thielen or Woods for a low salary to give us a baseline option in the slot, in case Shakir doesn't develop. I'm fine with that I guess. As long as they also add an upgrade on Davis for the #2 WR spot.

Pass. Hard pass.

Exactly where I am but also fear December rolling along and having to re-sign Beas. 🤣

Gaaawwwwddd why couldn't we have just splurged on Christian Kirk?!?  We didn't need Von.

I think if there’s an aging WR they sign it’ll be Jarvis Landry. They’ve tried to get Landry in the past. Beane likes to keep trying to get WRs he’s missed on. Now we have his close friend and personal coach as WR coach.

The last game of the '21/'22 season featured an offense that exploded and a pass rush that couldn't affect Mahomes. The common thought at the time was that an elite pass rusher was the missing element to push us over the hump. Even knowing what I know now I would still take Von Miller over Christian Kirk. We have options to upgrade on Davis this offseason. Elite pass rushers, even older ones, are very hard to come by.

And Matlock on TV?

HEY! It is riveting entertainment, and he’s REALLY GOOD at what he does!

At 41, you might not have seen much Perry Mason in black and white, but it’s OK to date yourself like that. Like I said…..I be getting old!

Do the Bills have a clause in their charter where they have cycle guys like this every year now?

Rolling WRs like the Dolphins have rolling RBs. It's the salary cap.

Salary cap doesn’t force a team to take guys on their last year/legs every season

Valid, it's why I've also advocated going after Ritchie James Jr. or Olamide Zaccheaus who have youth/upside potential guys for the slot.

Thielen has some great hands and makes ridiculous catches, but he looked like a tight end running last year and he always seems injured

I'm not saying that I want him on the Bills, but he did play 17 games last season.

Is Landry still in the league?  I don't know if he can run under 5.0 anymore.

And don't we still owe him a head shot after he ended Aaron Williams' career what seems like years ago?

Expected to be a cap casualty from Minny. Maybe we can recapture some of the same magic from the Minneapolis Miracle with Diggs?

Not as good as Hopkins or Evans, but isn't an unreasonable option for a team desperate for NFL talent in the WR group

can we make him 3 years younger?

Didn’t do anything last year. Had injuries the last couple years. Would be very cheap. I’m sure he can still play in an offense like ours. I like him mostly because he’s going to be very cheap.

I don’t care about a blindside block.

He seems like a declining player, but 30 TDs in the last 3 seasons isn’t nothing.  I wonder what his relationship with Diggs is like.
