They don't care what happens with the team. Look at Rodgers, cried about wanting a new deal, gets his deal, now wants out. Going to cost the Packers millions in dead money. Nothing they can do about it. Hill wanted out, traded. AJ Brown wanted out, traded. Wilson wanted out, traded. Adams wanted out, traded. Hopkins wanted out, traded. Watson wanted out, traded. Stafford wanted out, traded. Hill, Brown and Adams wanted new deals and their teams weren't willing to meet the ask. Quote

That is full on owned by the angry boomers and gen x'ers who used to tell us back in the 90s to "not believe everything you read on the internet", and now they take it spoon fed all day long. It just annoys me that some people just don't realize how old Millennials are. The mid to late Gen x'ers aren't much older and didn't experience much more than the early to mid Millennials. The oldest Millennials were born in 1981 and are in their 40's now. The younger Gen X'ers are still in their early to mid 40's. It annoys me that they think they are that much different lol 1 Quote

I doubt that. I'm 37, I believe there are probably some 20 something Gen Z'ers on here somewhere. There are people that are idiots and douchebags of all ages but I hate being blamed as a Millennial for certain things by a Gen X'er that's only 5-10 years older than me. I saw someone post on Twitter last week about how Gen X is the last "non woke" generation and when I mentioned I would put early to mid Millennials into that category as well, I got told by a woman born in 1979 "sorry, you didn't make the cut". If she was born 2 years later, she would have been a Millennial herself lol. That's the stuff I find annoying but me personally. But I definitely think there are 20 something posters here Quote

Demonstrably showing up Allen on the sidelines, bailing on his teammates early before being talked back into the locker room (only to again be the first one out), and now deleting the Bills from those he follows (still follows the Terapins I might add). Look, it’s his prerogative who he follows or doesn’t, I don’t care, but when the team is deliberately removed after some very public outbursts, you don’t consider any of it antics? Or were you unaware his behavior going back to the Bengals game and even in season when McD grabbed him on the sideline and had a heart to heart before letting him go to the bench? 2 Quote

Sort of. The player may have to make concessions to make it work. I might be missing details, but I believe it technically COULD be done this year on a trade scenario. We would be on the hook for half of his signing bonus we have last year, so roughly 10.5M, which could be spread out with a post June 1 designation, and bring it down to 7M next year and this year. The guaranteed salary would follow the contract so it’s actually not THAT bad to trade him, but to cut him would be impossible. The Cowboys would have to take his guaranteed money as part of the deal and realistically, they are going to have to make the deal before the 21st if they are going to because his option must be exercised between the 15th-21st, which is 16M more guaranteed. The big thing is, do the Cowboys actually want him? Would they give up a 1st + for him? It’s all well and good to want to play w your brother, but reality may be much different. 1 1 Quote

You don’t kill your teams cap and Super Bowl chances on something that might happen (and probably won’t happen) 6 months from now. He wasn’t happy in Minnesota and yet never once did that and still gave his all to the team. It would unbelievably stupid for the Bills to take on $40M in dead cap space between this year and next year because he unfollowed their IG page. I mean come on. And for what? Out of fear of things that haven’t happened yet and didn’t happen either when he was unhappy with his previous team? He will be a Buffalo Bill and major player this year and next year too. Only thing that changes that if something catastrophically changes, and even then it’s a long shot the team would trade him and take on that much dead cap hit. Who he does or doesn’t follow on IG is not that catastrophic event. 1 Quote
