I assume they hire from within as well. 
 

they will have the same scheme. 
 

agreed about getting new young blood in. 
 

maybe even though scheme is different the play calling will be more effective/efficient. That’s the hope at least.

No one. Frazier was fired. The bills were kind enough to let him go out on his own weird terms. His contract was up today, and shockingly no one wanted him as a HC. The DC job is open.

The defense performed poorly in 2 games across 3 years of playoffs where the Bills have played in 7 games

If they do a good job, LF may return as a senior defensive advisor or something. If the defense sucks without him, we can easily put him back at DC.
