Via draft or free agency…

Make it realistic. It can’t be “trade Gabe Davis for Justin Jefferson.”

My player is Jaxon Smith-Njigba.

turn on film. Kid is a star in the making.

Who’s your one player to add for next season?

I wouldn't be opposed to dumping a #1 draft pick for another weapon for Josh. Tee Higgins comes to mind - the contract would need to be figured out, but that's where Big Baller Beane comes in.

Would absolutely love Smith-Njigba on this team. Perfect fit IMO. He could fall to the Bills - or close enough to go get - because he’s looked at as a “slot only WR”.

Totally agree with JSN through the draft.

My free agency choice is Mike Gesicki. Don't think of him as a tight end, think of him as a monster wide receiver for red zone targets. We don't really have a huge 6-foot-5 jump ball guy and I think it would be a big boost in close situations.

I want a RT and a RG, but if I can only have one let it be the best right guard that the Bills can get. I don't know enough about interior OL to name a player, but just that single improvement would solve a lot. It would improve not only the RG position, but also the LG because Bates could go back to his more natural spot. It could also improve both OT positions as a stronger player would be playing besides them.

Nobody who has ever watched him attempt a block could ever think of Mike Gesicki as a tight end. Slow wide receiver. Pass.

Hes not slow, he ran a 4.54. He should be a monster weapon, a TE/WR hybrid!

I don't want just one particular guy and I don't think they should fit a huge contract in this year even though they could manipulate.  I say fill in with some lower end or older vet FA's at guard, LB, S, RB, DL and then draft WR, OL, DT.

For WR the way I see the Bills upgrading is with a first or second round pick....the Hopkins of the world and others are too pricy, college football is outputting a lot of WR talent so get one on a cost controlled deal.  WR gets such a premium on the open market, it's not worth it.
