duey Posted May 25, 2005 Posted May 25, 2005 I have a window cubicle on the 30th floor of an office building in Jersey City, right across from lower Manhattan. I just saw a couple of NYFD fire boats spraying red, white and blue water as they escorted a couple of Navy ships into the harbor. Kinda got the patriotic feelings going. Regardless of my feelings for Bush...I will always support our troops. God Bless America.
KD in CA Posted May 25, 2005 Posted May 25, 2005 Nice....my office looks over the Battery, I haven't seen anything yet. Of course, you can't see much today anyway. Crappy weather here in the big Apple.

duey Posted May 25, 2005 Author Posted May 25, 2005 If anyone is in the position to look out a window and see this, an aircraft carrier is just passing by the Statue of Liberty.

I just don't see it as much out here. I was really cool to see.
billsfanone Posted May 26, 2005 Posted May 26, 2005 I saw a bunch of disheveled Pakistani navy personnel on 5th Avenue.
