Suitable Edmunds Replacements in the draft

Seems like there are several third round type players who can be suitable Edmunds replacements.  This assumes we are keeping Frazier and our scheme.  

These are two:

Jack Campbell is basically a much bigger, less athletic version of Luke Keuchly. Instincts off the charts. 6-5, 243. He’s the answer we are searching for imo.

I love Jack Campbell.  Different type of player.  We need to to address offense in rounds 1 and 2.   He won't be around in round three. But he his an old school MLB.  might be wasted in the McDermott/Frazier full time prevent defense.

Campbell would be my choice as well. Plus he did win the Dick Butkus award and the Campbell trophy.😁

Yeah he’s probably the first one off the board. Dude can play. He’s better than Nick Bolton. I have no issue grabbing him in the first.

If we let Edmunds and Poyer walk, then re-allocate Edmunds money towards OL, by all means .. draft a LB in the 3rd Round.  Just make sure you don’t accidentally submit your Day 3 pick at LB in on your RD3 draft card like last year.

I do. Because that is where the value looks to be. People are going to overdraft the QBs, OL, and receivers and there is a good chance a blue chip player like Simpson could be sitting there. You could do that or reach for a guard…your choice. I’m using my pick for upside.
