This Bills team is either less talented than the Chiefs and Bengals, or more inclined to choke.  Concluding we were unlucky seems like a silly conclusion.  Both the Bengals and Chiefs are better positioned from a Cap perspective for the next year than the Bills are too.  Its all a bit frustrating.
