The NFL aren't idiots. No one act will please everyone so they choose the one that will generate the most buzz and appeal to a younger demo.

That was perhaps the worst performance in Super Bowl history. Awful.

It was a stale performance. She was a surprising pick because she hadn't performed in years. Today, I think of her more for her clothing business.

I think there’s a real possibility they werent expecting something so flat when it was agreed to. 

 

if her own capability was going to be that impaired by the pregnancy, the contingency had to be to bring in a bunch of stars. Hell she’s performed with everyone and they were all there. 
 

there was some disconnect. Kanye going nuts, jayz having tidal as an apple rival, Eminem being in last years crew etc… all impacted the stars around her potentially. 

 

there’s no way that was the biggest show on the biggest stage that producers envisioned,

I’m not a pop hater… but… the stages were cool. The production was meh. She as a performer wasn’t particularly engaging. She left a lot on the proverbial stage.

She was clearly lip syncing most of the time. I think they had her live voice once or twice for a few seconds, but that's all.

 

There were so many times where she left the mic or lowered it too soon, but it didn't impact the vocals at all.

 

That's what i don't like about it. Don't be a wuss. Sing it live.

I had the same reaction as any Super Bowl Halftime Show that I’ve watched over the last 10 years - Don’t care. I flipped channels.

 She must be doing something right(Or in this case several things). 7 days shy of her 35th birthday and she's worth $1.7 billion.

I can't stand pop music and I thought it was a very good performance with nice choreographyby Super Bowl standards.
