Bermuda Triangle Posted February 10, 2023 Posted February 10, 2023 Not surprisingly, he had his best rushing output this past season against the Bills D Quote
Nelius Posted February 10, 2023 Posted February 10, 2023 (edited) Nah. We might actually have the better Cook brother right now. I'm a Dalvin Cook fan and thought he had a shot at being one of the greats a couple of years ago when he was scoring 2-3 TDs every game, but he's currently the perfect marriage of one too many injuries and a talented but old back. Worst case scenario he's approaching Todd Gurley territory, best case he's a talent that you can get cheaper. Can't do it, too risky for this team with too many other holes, but I hope he goes somewhere else and rips off a 1500 yard season. Edited February 10, 2023 by Nelius Quote

Agree that he’s not worth $14 million. But I couldn’t help but laugh when I saw that his season high in rushing yards was against the Bills. Quote
Warriorspikes51 Posted February 10, 2023 Posted February 10, 2023 1 year 5 million to play with his brother take it or leave it Quote

Justin C Posted February 10, 2023 Posted February 10, 2023 I'd rather have Alexander Mattison than Cook. Quote

Chicken Boo Posted February 10, 2023 Posted February 10, 2023 So if I have this right, there are people who see Edmunds as a near $20 million per year linebacker, but not Dalvin Cook at $14 mill or less? 4 straight 1,000 yard seasons at 4.65ypc. A 3-down guy that is a threat to score every time he touches the football. https://youtu.be/E87S9AfMTqY Quote

BillsShredder83 Posted February 10, 2023 Posted February 10, 2023 Unless theres a sweetheart deal to play with his bro and a chance at the SB i doubt it. However, interesting to note they are perfect compliments to one another Quote

I am in favor of adding supreme talent wherever and whenever you can. Beane kicked the tires on McCaffrey. Cook should be explored as well. Quote

The Bills won’t pay him any higher than what they would pay Singletary. Obviously Cook is better. Just pointing out that I don’t think the Bills are paying Cook1 a reduced deal either. Quote

If they can't put together a quality O-line, it doesn't matter who the RB is. Spending $14M on a RB with trash blocking in front of him is like putting racing slicks on a Prius and throwing money out the window as you drive down the road.
