I mean ….. your head HC is a defensive coach. You don’t fire your DC….. so why hire a senior defensive coach????? It’s bizarre

Don’t need a bandaid ! Need an overhaul !

Another Carolina connection.

McBeane really have a tough time going out of their circle / comfort zone.

Where was this comment when they fired a coach who had been on staff since 2017 and replaced him with Joe Danna who has no connection to McBeane? 😂

Feel like McD and beane have peaked. This reeks of desperation. This upcoming year will be the test. It’s AFC championship or bust. And that’s really sad to say. Should be Super Bowl or bust

What does a senior defensive assistant do?

It’s just a way of accepting a nice guy (Frazier) who’s doing a mediocre job and saying we’re good (when we’re not)

Again who?

I can repeat his name but that would seem redundant. He finished the season as Panthers DC

Will he be in charge of calling defensive timeouts, that are followed by giving up a big play, or will McDermott still have that responsibility?
