2023 NFL Opener

Knowing the Bills play at Philly and at KC next season could the Bills be a prime candidate again to kickoff the NFL season?

 

Feel like the odds are more favorable if Philly wins since it would be AFC vs NFC. If KC wins do they kickoff the season with a rematch against Philly at KC?

 

Thoughts?

We got the opener in 2022. I think you’d be more likely to see KC vs Cinci to start things off

After this year’s debacle with the Hamlin injury. I don’t see us getting many good matchups or night games.

The NFL generally doesn't like scheduling an inter-conference matchup to start the season unless it really has no better choice. And I think the nation is sick of us, judging by tweets and posts in other forums/articles. Half this forum is too, lol. And because the Hamlin thing, I guarantee you us at Cincy won't be primetime either. They will stick it at 1 PM.

Chiefs have: Chargers, Eagles, Bills, Bengals

 

 

I think 49ers if Eagles win and either the Eagles or Bengals if the Chiefs win

 NO Thanksgiving Day game please. Losing Tre & Von to ACL injuries the last 2 turkey day games is enough to know it's bad mojo.

I hope so as well.   Let the whole hype train just slow the heck down and let's get back to Sunday day ball.   the 13 seconds game put them on the networks radar and the Cinci game took them off, hopefully.

I don't see it happening...Buffalo is going to lose a bit of it's National Luster next season and I'm more than ok with it.

If it's the Eagles hosting the NFL opener, no chance.  Dallas or SF at Philly would be a lock.
