I heard today that he was going to propose a massive increase in capital gains tax on stock buyback gains.

Not that I will watch, but that is an insane idea.

We'll see.

Those that hate peace and hate real rising wages will applaud tonight’s speech. People who prefer peace and prosperity will not understand what accomplishments have been achieved.

Later tonight, President Joe Biden will get in front of cameras and mumble his way through a prepared speech that will be titled “State of the Union Address.”

That’s the speech’s title, but it won’t be its content. What you will get is a lot of half-truths, lies, and damned lies all designed to help along a narrative that this administration has been selling you from the very beginning.

Biden will tell you that his economy is powerful and that his administration has created more jobs than any other. You need only stroll through your town or city to see that this is a false claim. As RedState reported, a record four in ten Americans say they’re worse off financially since Biden came into office. A whopping 64 percent of Americans are now living paycheck to paycheck thanks to his administration.

He’s going to tell you that our national security is top notch and we’re safer from outside threats than we’ve ever been. This is demonstrably false. As RedState reported, the Biden administration can hardly stop Chinese spy balloons from drifting into the United States, much less the tidal waves of illegal immigrants flooding across our southern border. The man can’t even keep track of classified documents that he keeps next to his car in a garage.

Out of one side of his mouth, Biden will preach unity, leadership, and understanding. Out of the other, he will condemn those who think differently from him as being enemies of the people and this country.

In one breath, he’ll promote the importance of American values, a good work ethic, and strong moral foundations. In the next, he’ll describe all of these morals you must have as hard-leftist ideals that break from reality and only invite disaster.

Tonight, President Joe Biden will stand in front of the country to deliver his State of the Union address. He’ll lie about the economy being strong, laugh at jokes that only he finds funny, shake hands with some invisible person, sniff an invisible woman, get lost behind the podium, lie about watching TV with FDR, and then pretend he’s working to unite Americans even as he does his best to alienate MAGA Republicans who he will try and blame for the few things he admits are wrong.

And Democrats will clap like the brainwashed seals they are.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

WHY DO YOU KEEP DISAPPOINTING YOUR PRESIDENT?

Biden Is Upset That We’re Not in Awe of His Lousy Economy.

Occasional President Joe Biden and the shadowy cabal running his brain want you to know that his “plan” for the economy is working, despite your real-world experiences to the contrary.

This column is being written several hours ahead of Biden’s State of the Union address, in which he will no doubt insist that he has presided over the greatest economic growth in the history of everything. Democrats in the chamber will give him a standing-ovation or two while he trumpets his “success” in handling the economy.

Meanwhile, here in real America, we’re all still paying more for everything, and our monthly budgets aren’t helped by macroeconomic lectures from the bubble people in Washington, D.C.

The federal officials governing this country take on a “Court at Versailles” air more and more every day. They are involved in crafting legislation and making up regulations that affect our everyday lives, all the while being so detached from our experience that it sometimes seems like we don’t live in the same country.

All of this real life out here in the hinterlands is making most Americans immune to the overwhelming spin from Biden and Company.

It's ALL a show.

#ProTip: Watch these things on C-SPAN.

You don't have to deal with any manure anchors, and on rare occasion the C-SPAN cameras catch background stuff the DC-Media Complex doesn't want you to see.

I feel like that's probably a direct quote from a previous President, or at least it sounds like how he talks. I can see the circle jerk of we hate the current President is well under way.
