chongli Posted February 1, 2023 Posted February 1, 2023 (edited) This game in 1993 in Pasadena also marked the Bills' third consecutive Super Bowl loss. Dallas scored 35 points off these nine turnovers. This game is tied with SB XXXVII between Oakland and Tampa Bay as the highest scoring Super Bowl, with 69 combined points. This was also the first time Buffalo had played Dallas since 1984. Michael Jackson performed at the halftime show, which was the NFL's first-ever top-act signing for the game. The only good thing about this game was Don Beebe's hustle to prevent Leon Lett from scoring a TD fumble recovery after Frank Reich was stripped. Tired of these bad memories. The Bills need to finally win one now that we have Josh. Leon Lett's fumble into the endzone: Edited February 1, 2023 by chongli 2 1 1 Quote

Sammy Watkins' Rib Posted February 1, 2023 Posted February 1, 2023 9 turnovers!!?? Never knew that. Or that it was even possible to turn the ball over that many times and still score 17 points. Typically, you only get about 10 or 11 possessions in a game. 1 Quote

US Egg Posted February 1, 2023 Posted February 1, 2023 So the development of the Hydrogen bomb in 1950 on this date takes a backseat in history to the Bills being bombed by the Cowboys. Kablooey! 1 Quote

Nephilim17 Posted February 1, 2023 Posted February 1, 2023 Sweet mother of god. I had no idea. Nine turnovers. One game. Nine. That absolute armageddon of a game makes 13 seconds feel like motor-boating Pam Anderson in her prime. 1 1 Quote

Some on this board are so neurotic they think they could control front office. That is what happened when Bills organization closed down BBMB. 1 Quote
