49ers @ Eagles, NFC Championship (not a thread for Bills debate, please)

Because the difference in the game is a catch that wasn't a catch, and a 4th string quarterback fumbling the ball at his own 30.  Also because until last week Purdy and the 49ers were either the highest or 2nd highest scoring offense in football since his insertion into the lineup.

Fair enough, genuinely curious and that's hard to argue. I think they've squandered Deebo a bit, and thought he'd be more unleashed today. Top talent in the NFC getting Zay Jones level touches right now. I think the Eagles are probably much better than most want to admit, and have simply found the Niners love (#1 in Power Rankings etc) annoying, so I'll admit my bias.

Hurts is lucky these guys are getting schemed college open within 3 yards of LoS and even then the ball is talking a long while to get there.

I'm still in shock that he's actually managed to hold a pro QB job a whole year

I agree with this, but SF somehow thought they wouldn't have to block an elite rusher.  That was massive mistake #2

Until last week, Purdy didn’t face a tough defense.
