27. Steve Avila - G - TCU (Get the guy you want even if it's a reach)

59. Jack Campbell - LB - Iowa (I don't think they'll pay Edmunds, LB is important in the McD scheme)

91. Nathaniel Dell - WR - Houston (Best WR left)

130. Ja'Ayir Brown - S - Penn St (Best Safety left, all we have at the position is Hyde and that kid KC cut)

139. Tank Bigsby - RB - Auburn (A RB named Tank in the 5th round, yes please)

205. Aidan O'Connell - QB - Purdue (It's time to stop paying backup QB's 6M per year. Get a youngster in to learn and not cost a ton)

Overshown had a weak combine.

Even though some don't think Torrence is a fit for our system and I'm not big on taking a G in the 1st, I'm starting to think he may be one of our best options without someone falling or trading back.

And we all know combine results are the be all and end all of how a player will perform on the field...

I am hopeful that the Bills can bring in a reasonably priced vet LB, so they don’t have to rely on a rookie in the middle of the D anyway.

awful for an LB

Tremaine Edmunds only got 19 up and he outweighed Overshown by 20-25lbs.

Also, I will say this, I am much, much, much more concerned with how much someone can squat versus how much they can bench. Furthermore, I am also more concerned by a player’s understanding of leverage and angles than I am by how much they bench. Shoot, even OHP (Overhead presses) are more important than how much someone can bench.

Overshown would be an excellent addition to Milano and Bernard, I would be legit excited by this unit if we were to draft him in RD3.

Lewan said he would NOT play RT.

He’s old and often injured, these type of positional switches are common for players at this stage in their careers. Also, he would be playing for a legit contender, if he wants a ring, playing for Buffalo at RT is not a bad choice for him.

Mims is a very good player who has not been getting a lot of attention. That may change now with his 4:38 40. I was hoping to nab him in the third if we did not draft any of the more highly rated wide receivers in the first or second. He's probably as good or almost as any wideout in the draft imo.

I don't disagree, I'm just repeating what he said himself. He said he would probably alow 50 sacks if he played on the right side and anyone thinking of him playing there should just move on.

A realistic draft covers all the needs

Love the idea of Mims in the second round, especially if the Bills nab a top-shelf O-line prospect in the first round.

Here's my LAST mock before the FA storm.  I'm banking on landing at least one new starter on the OL via FA.

RT or LG (both would be better....). Vorhees is an addition for the future.  Love his grit.

I'm not sure if Wypler can play OG though, but he was the BPA, as was Ojomo.

WR didn't fall right in this sim.  Could have had Dell in round 2 but I don't see him as a WR2.  More of a Shakir role, and we're good there.
