Why are we so quick to change the HC, most of the teams with constant playoff appearances keep their head coach. Let's cool off on firing Mc Dermott. However I'm a fan of getting rid of the dline & DC. Dorsey gets a pass, as I believe he will get better. Now so many want Dabol back, but when he was here, there were so many who wanted him gone. We have shown no improvement over the last four seasons in the "big game". I doubt either coordinator will be fired. Frazier isn't getting hired to be a head coach anywhere in the NFL for the upcoming season.
