The contracts the players sign, specifically QBs do not allow teams to build enough talent. We are on Josh's second contract. It's going to be hard to get money lined up like other teams: Eagles, Bengals, Chargers who don't have to pay. Burrow is going to break the Bengals bank. It'll be lovely. Quote
