McDermott is terrible situationally.

Beane has consistently whiffed on early round draft picks.

we don’t have any difference makers on any level of defense for a defensive head coach lead team (besides a 34 year old 140 million dollar DE with a bad knee)

you can’t miss on that many draft picks and expect to have a good team

#17 is so good he makes up for a lot of weaknesses on this team until you play a team who can expose them

6 years going on 7 and the o line, d line are soft. We don’t have any playmakers/difference makers besides Allen and diggs and there’s no salary cap space

This isn’t a one off season fix. Teams in our own division are getting better. We’re going to take a step back before we move forward

I also firmly believe we let the best coach on the staff left for NY and we’re going to feel the backlash for years to come

No Allen and they were likely gone a few years ago. Honestly not sure what to do here. Got to take a real hard look though. How much of the success is Allen vs the regime? Put Allen on previous regimes teams and how good are those teams?

Yeah this is just stupid.   They dont "have to go" because they arent going anywhere.    They've made the playoffs in 5 of the 6 years, won a higher percentage of regular season games than any coach and GM combo in Bills history, and drafted a franchise QB.   Pretty sure they arent going anywhere.

McD was ranked as the 2ne best situational coach in the NFL this season next to Sirianni in Philly.

I'll listen to a lot of things on McD, this isn't one of them tho.

You are barking up the wrong tree.

How about Leslie Frazier??? How in the hell can this guy be still employed after tonight? And what’s laughable is that teams will

still Interview  him for a head coaching job. How insane how this league become??!! Complete insanity!

People who are quick to criticize ask this question. Remove Allen and what have they done that is impressive? Is there a scheme? Is there winning when your qb is out? Unique capabilities? How often do we our coach other teams?

Think back at how many terrible coaching decisions;

just off the top of my head;

hail murray

titans game failed qb sneak with Josh because Dion Dawkins got blown up (he stinks. That’s another thread of its own)

13 seconds

The first  Miami game this year

the second Miami game this year

the third Miami game this year

having a 17 point lead on Minnesota. 4th and 17. I won’t pick that scab

wind patriots game last year

then John feliciano parts ways and says he feels the team was soft. Was he wrong?

The best coach we had on this team coaches for the Giants now

years of whiffing on draft picks are made up by Josh Allen being so damn good

there’s only so much he can do

he needs help in the form of talent on the field and in the front office

The lack of having no creative scheme has to go.

The defense has ran the same play for 5-6 years so teams have them figured out.

The offense consist of go routes like literally the whole game, rarely working the short to middle of the field.

Mcd and Beane are not going anywhere, we can only hope that the play callers are upgraded

Because they only care about Goody 2 shoe "character guys" over better talent.  Character didnt show up today, our character guys go blown the ***** up today.

Of course the other teams are getting better, we struggle mightily against them.  Who really trusts Beane and Mcdormett to make the right moves??

They'll probably draft 2 running backs and 2 CBs again....  and then 2nd round bounce next year.  Rinse and repeat.

McDermott deserves another year but both coordinators need to go

No. Dorsey does not need to go. The Bills need to build an o-line and bring in a 2nd receiver that can catch a ***** ball when it matters.

Frazier? With all the money and draft picks sunk into that side of the ball….most definitely but you just can’t let the man go without a viable replacement. Who do you bring in?

McDermott is just a masculine cheerleader.  Does McD correct Frazier when he makes calls or takes control. Also the Bills D is horrible. Keep Beane and McD. There’s gonna be a new DC next year
