Hebert19 Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 First off. It's not a real rebuild...but I mean do we need major changes. Josh will get us in playoffs by himself so nothing is a real rebuild. I think it's a "rebuild " 1. Poyer goes 2. Do not extend Oliver. Let him earn it. 3. Cut or trade brown. He is terrible. 4. Franchise Edmunds. 5. Fire dorsey promote Brady. 6. Fire Frasier. 7. Let Singletary walk 8. Trade tre? This one I'm not sold on but in a different D I'd like to see benford and Elam. 9. Draft oline 10. Draft wr 11. Draft safety 12. Trade diggs? Again. This one is debatable but I think everything needs to be on table. 13. Re sign bease if he wants to come back. 14. Cut McKenzie. Seems like a rebuild. While making playoffs. 3 3 1 1 2 2 Quote
Trock Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 (edited) These all sound reasonable. I’d keep Diggs though unless he continues his constant complaining. Edited January 23, 2023 by Trock 1 1 Quote
Brianmoorman4jesus Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 I don’t want Edmunds and certainly not for the money a tag would cost. I’ll replace him with a 1st or 2nd round pick and the new physical face of my defense going forward 1 1 Quote
Nelius Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 Yeah it’s sort of a rebuild. Probably not popular but I think you may try to keep Motor for cheap if possible so that you don’t have another gaping hole. Serviceable is better than the mess we have at both lines and safety. Quote

It’s probably easier to replace what Singletary brings, he’s too small to consistently be a 1st/2nd down back. Quote
Steptide Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 Rebuild? Cmon. This team is a few adjustments away from being a championship team 1 1 1 8 Quote

Idgaf what we did in the 2020 draft…if you don’t have the thing right, you can’t just stop trying. 1 Quote
buffaloboyinATL Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 It’s a “try again”. We had A LOT working against us this year. Beane will make some moves over the off season and reload for another shot next season. 2 3 1 Quote
Cheektowaga Chad Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 It's a re tool This team and coaching staff I believe will look different for the first time in a while Quote

Over 29 years of fanhood Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 after today it’s hard to argue the team is just a few pieces away from these top tier teams. It’s disappointing but they need a significant reboot, and they need to look long and hard at some of the big contracts and if those guys are living up to them. 1 2 Quote
schoolhouserock Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 I wonder what Morse is thinking. have to consider the potential for him to call it a career. That would be a huge hit to an already weak O-line. 1 1 Quote
thenorthremembers Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 They need a big time retool. The leaders on this team are going to look really different next year. 2 Quote
oldmanfan Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 (edited) We need a new interior O line. Boettger could help. Bates may be better at C. But we need significant upgrades either through FA or draft. Let Kromer tell you who he needs. Edited January 23, 2023 by oldmanfan Quote

Seems like a rebuild. While making playoffs. This sounds crazy to me. Check out our record over the last 3 years. We don't need, and will not have, a "Rebuild." We'll have plenty of tweaks but all teams do from year to year. The "Super Bowl Era Bills" were nothing close to the same rosters year to year to year. There will be changes and some changes need to be made. I'm in favor of replacing either or both coordinators; I think both are easy upgrades...but we probably won't. Quote
Governor Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 (edited) Another year like this and Josh will be putting his house up for sale. He’s not gonna stick around for this. He should have a list of demands and if they aren’t met, hit the road after next season. He doesn’t owe us anything. Edited January 23, 2023 by Governor 1 1 Quote
LeGOATski Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 New D coordinator, re-sign Edmunds while getting younger on D, spend all extra money on offensive talent. Quote
