Then I want Terry and Co. on a plane to Athens Georgia and Hire Theodore Monken. The guy is destined to be a major coach and he is ready to get back into the NFL. We give him carte Blanche to make this the best NFL offense in the league. Dorsey needs to be fired and you make Monken the highest paid OC in the league and also maybe discuss on the down-low that he is the head coach in waiting of McD continues to underachieve. I don’t think many of you understand how incredibly hard it is to win in the NFL. We cannot sit tight and not make major changes. Our window is not going to be indefinitely open just because we have #17. You guys don’t seem to understand the urgency here. The *****inh Dolphins are going to do whatever it takes to overcome us and they already match up well with us.
