We need to ask ourselves if we have gone as far as we can with McDermott. Pegula has to ask that question but I don’t think he will. If the answer is yes you make a move.

Not sure, but need to consider replacing both coordinators.  Not winning ***** with either of those dudes.

No it is not. It’s Fraziers. We’ve seen McD take over before.

HC is responsible.

This is just an unbelievably bad performance all around. McD should absolutely be on the hot seat. It sucks. I like McD. But expectations are SB. He squandered that opportunity last year. This year was just a struggle all season. Yeah we won 13 games. But I think we all knew this team didn’t look anywhere as good as last year on offense or defense.

if McD was fired. I would be on board with that

Sadly, I truly believe this kind of letdown was going to happen at some point after all these guys have been through. They simply ran out of gas.

Good Lord

This is McDermott's defense

McDermott's scheme

McDermott's players

McDermott's calls....firing Frazier does nothing.

Exactly! Which is why Frazier is still around and will still be here next year.

Poyer has value in this scheme but we need to rebuild this defense. It is not in any way “championship caliber” and it’s time to stop pretending that it is.

I agree.  I would sign Edmunds and trade Oliver, let Poyer walk.  The Dline sucks with or without Ed, I believe Edmunds is worth the pay day on this team, and Poyer should be overpaid by someone other than the Bills

Cook is horrible in the snow. He shouldn't be on the field.

IT's hard to run through walls of humans.

This is as bad as our OL has looked in years, and we have sucked during that time.

Without significant upgrades on both sides of the ball next season, this current Bills team will struggle to win the AfCE again. I’m sure they will but it won’t be easy. The roster is just not good enough.
Sign a big time WR. Draft OLIne. Rebuild the Dbs and safety.

Paper tigers so much for the weather being an advantage. Finesse team that got manhandled at home. Coaches deserve to be on the hot seat next year.

Inexcusable to know you’re playing winter games in Buffalo and not have any ability to run the ball

yea, when was the last time that happened? Name the game.

I suspect we’ll see quite a few off-season changes.

Hopefully some expected.

Shop Oliver and White .. especially if they plan on re-signing Edmunds.

Simon, the only reason I acknowledged the point and warning you gave me is so I can ask you how is mentioning a straight fact about antifa, which I can produce proof of them doing what I said near the stadium, how is that a political comment?  You have always had in for me, Simon and you always do this when I'm upset.

He needs the offseason to rest his elbow. His short and intermediate accuracy has been off since that injury. Allen coming in ready to play next year is the least of my concerns. They have got to get him some more help.

Screw these skill positions. Bills absolutely need to go offensive line the first 2 rounds. This unit is soft. Everyone but Morse can easily be replaced . Dawkins is a good guy, but he’s definitely not even in the top half of offensive tackles. Anything else is a luxury at this point.
