A few of my favorites off the top of my head: Apocalypse Now (with creepy synthesized music composed by Francis Ford Coppola himself, and his dad!) Bladerunner (the score from Vangelis makes the movie what it is) Star Wars and sequels (Can't imagine this franchise without John Williams' masterpiece) Gladiator (Hans Zimmer is one of the better guys out there currently writing cinematic music) The Godfather (the music from Nino Rota has become a part of American culture) The Mission (Ennio Morricone is one of the all time greats) 1 Quote
