Cowboys/Bucs getting screwed. They get a short week and have to travel while SF gets an extra day rest at home.

The winner of that game was always going to have a short week no matter what. Saturday wasn’t an option, so they gave them the Sunday game next week. Best they could get.

Monday Night playoff game is idiotic.  Wish they would just do 3 on Saturday and 3 on Sunday for WC Weekend.

They should. Every year from now on the Monday night winner will be at a disadvantage for the divisional round. I hope we never see that Monday night game. But at some point we probably will.

Kc or Jax get an extra day for afc champ

If Lamar and Tua played both Bills and Bengals could have been out. Barely escaped vs bad qb’s.

Last year it was the rams, who played monday night and then traveled to tampa the following week. Things went ok for them in the end.

No, it's because  a team that plays monday in wildcard round will not play divisional round in Saturday.  Since NY  the worst seeded they play Philadelphia and tomorrow's winner sunday

Schedule makes sense. Jags get a normal week. Giants lose a day, but Bucs/Cowboys have to be the final game because of the dumb Monday night spot. Bills/Bengals get a normal week.

And the NFL knew that when they scheduled them for Monday. They knew they would be huge ratings draw; hence the best spot for ratings in the divisionals (Sunday in prime time).

Yep, really a bad idea by the league. They go out of their way in week 18 to make sure there's equality in starting times, then they do this.

Both lower seed nfc teams have a short week, not sure if that’s by design

I find it funny that the NFL calls the next round "The Divisional Round" when in reality, only one game next week features two divisional opponents (NYG @ PHI). Whats up with that nonsense, NFL?
