Why do they even bother reviewing other plays after NYC reviews it. It's like NYC reviews it and goes "oh this is a good one...hey local refs, review this play". Just seems that NYC should just do the reviews and not involve the on-field ref.

Goin Breakdown Posted January 15, 2023 Posted January 15, 2023 Caught not possessed until out of bound is not a catch and then caught but dropped out bounds not a catch either I'm some cases. To me it should be "did the ball ever fall and hit the ground in bounds period.
