Without Mike Williams they have no downfield passing game. And they have no YAC receivers. This is the only way their offense can run.

His history of decision making is erratic and very emotion driven.

Extremely overrated. Herbert should not be mentioned in the same breath as Mahomes, Burrow, or Allen.
