Artem Lipatov
And he is just 5-6 years in the league. After watching for 2 dlecades of he same old faces - Brady, Manning and Rotlisberger this AFC playoffs will be very fresh. New generation is talented, but have only 1 SB winner: Mahomes X Allen Burrow Lamar Herbert Lawrence Tua How do you think who of them gonna dominate conference for next decade? And who will be next Rivers, Luck - strong QB but never got to SB 2

TheFunPolice
if I'm a free agent or "thoughtful, introspective, passive aggressive veteran" QB I'm looking to get myself to the NFC/keep myself there, especially the NFC South.

None of them will be on a team that is able to hold it together for a decade. The salary cap, the drafting rules, and the scheduling rules all act to prevent dynasties. It will be a wonderful, exciting, disappointing time for fans of most of the AFC teams. I suspect the team that will dominate the conference from 2023-2032 more than anyone else is the Jets, and they don't even have their QB yet. But they have a very strong defense, and a great RB coming back from injury next year.

dollars 2 donuts
It's hard to believe that in three years Josh is going to be 29. ...and even more in 5 years he is going to be 31. I don't even want to think about what he is going to be in 7 years! Edited January 14, 2023 by dollars 2 donuts

And who will be next Rivers, Luck - strong QB but never got to SB I don’t think one will dominate ala Brady. There is too much talent in the AFC to have a one or two man show. Tua won’t win a SB heck he may never play again. Lamar won’t either. Mahomes, Allen,Burrow and Herbert will rep the afc over the next decade. Maybe throw Trevor Von Helsing in there as well.
Chicken Boo
The last sentence - Herbert has Ekeler, Allen, Williams and a good tight end. When are the Chargers finally going to put it all together?

When are the Chargers finally going to put it all together? Coaching matters. Staley's mismanagement of the Chargers is criminal. If I was a Chargers fan, I would be really pissed that the talent they have is not even close to being maximized. Look at JAX and Trevor Lawrence - what a difference one year makes going from pathetic Urban Meyer to a highly competenet, proven NFL coach like Pederson. While it made sense for the Eagles to move on at the time, and they have found a very good new coach, Pedersen's success with the Jags shows that his Super Bowl with with Philly was not an accident.
