Dan Darragh Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 Hard to imagine CBS having their top team call a game where the home team is -750 1 1 3 1 1 Quote
blizzardman Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 It’s the only CBS game this week 5 1 2 Quote
Wraith Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 Pretty sure this is the only game CBS has this weekend, so no, I don't think they will. 2 2 Quote

Dan Darragh Posted January 11, 2023 Author Posted January 11, 2023 You guys are right, I didn't realize that Jax-LAC was being broadcast by NBC. 1 Quote
DaBillsFanSince1973 Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 I'm pulling them. I can deal with nance but the ball washing romo does is not my cup of tea. I'll do as I have the last few games he called. I'll use my audacity app and listen to the play by play from wgr 550 sports radio. 1 2 Quote
billybob71 Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 i know im probably in the minority but I think Romo does a good job, one of my favorite 11 12 Quote
Warriorspikes51 Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 I think Nantz really likes the Bills. He spoke how kind people were to him after his mom passed right before the Steelers game 2 Quote
Fallser Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 Romo is a bit of a tool, but it’s entertaining sometimes when he predicts plays. 1 Quote
Mr. WEO Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 so...you're saying there's a chance.... Quote
Jauronimo Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 No, its only like a 30 minute flight. 1 Quote

Now he’s towing the company line. Taron Johnson got held and thrown to the ground near the end zone , had a great chance to get Mac. Ref watched as it happened and did nothing. Neither Nantz or Romo said a word. Romo just continued with his fluff. All announcers are this way, not just Romo. He started out calling it has he saw it, but no longer. They have to call what’s going on. They can’t act like non-calls are OK. They need to hold the refs accountable for not doing their job. 1 1 Quote

That you'd rather listen to John Murphy call the most boring game possible is ridiculous. Edited January 11, 2023 by BullBuchanan 1 1 1 1 2 Quote

Even worse when Teflon™ T*m is playing when he does not even attempt to disguise the ball washing with tongue. https://www.audacy.com/weei/sports/patriots/tony-romo-was-a-complete-mess-during-patriots-bills Quote “Oh you said this is storybook!,” he shouted over the unbelievable moment. “This is almost fate! I just can’t believe what just happened — Josh Allen the same thing!” Romo went for a while longer before stopping abruptly. At long last, a producer seemingly got into his ear, and told him to cut the gibberish. Would it be impolite to hold up sign: THANKS NBC for no Romo! 1 1 Quote
