I wasn't aware this was an argument?   I'm just hoping the Bills acquire DHop because he gives us a better chance to win it all

I wasn't arguing nor meant to imply as such. I was just done discussing it with you.

as I had said, keep hoping. just don't go off the ledge if it doesn't happen. they will still have the same chance to win it all, with or without him.

Sal just said on WGR, that at the owners meetings KC is being talked about more than anyone else for Hopkins.

My gut is always right. I need to start listening to him more, especially when it comes to women.

I don't know why media people even ask Beane these questions. Did they really think he would say otherwise?

Beane revised quote -- "Matt, you know how much I love draft picks.  Why would I want to lose some draft picks for tampering."

I just read MMQB pumping up Shakir and how the Bills have to rely on these guys. A big move is not happening folks.

That the Bills have been so quiet isn’t, by the way, any indictment of where they are. It’s an endorsement, in fact, of the core they’ve now paid and are invested in. No one more so than Allen, who’ll have to shoulder a heavier load with the team’s financial ledger setting up the way it does and, more often, rely on a guy he’s helping to bring along, like Shakir, rather than the kind he could lean on, and the Bills could afford, in the past.

I think they are still in on DHop and OBJ at a specific price point. Right now, it's too high for both.

I don’t think so. OBJ is all but signed with the Jets.

Yes, I heard that. Beane just mentioned OBJ at the owner's meetings as if it were still a possibility which is why I included him.

He’s mentioned him for 6 months. That ship has sailed. DHop only happens if they trade Oliver. He’s not trading Oliver.

Imagine how the Raiders, Chargers, and Broncos feel. I still feel like the Chargers are the team that can beat them. At least prevent them from winning the division. They always seem to play close games against them.

I don't have to imagine. We experience 20 years of Brady/Belichick. I know exactly how they feel.

I knew Beane didn’t have the guts to trade Oliver or even mess with Gabe.

Why are you being like chicken little right now.

Much like Rodgers??😂😂 it’ll all play out, we’ll see when the dust settles. Maybe a player drops to us in the draft or trade down the road.
