I'm out if this is true.

I don't mind giving up just a 2nd or just a 3rd if they will eat some of his salary. But they apparently don't wanna do that

Beane WILL NOT make this trade if that is their asking price. He just won't. He'll look elsewhere or just go the draft route.

arizona is not getting 2nd & a 3rd

cooks just went for a 5th & 6th

heck, if they're not careful, AZ might have to give a pick to unload that contract

Arizona is holding out, they don’t have to make a deal today.  But they will lessen their demands before the draft and someone will get Hopkins most likely for a 3rd and 5th sort of value.

Also, I found this clip to be interesting.  Chris Brown who many believe to be a sort of mouthpiece for the Bills organization flat out saying that the Bills need to get a legitimate #2 WR.

It was already reported that the Cardinals know they can't get a 2nd. This guy has been wrong a lot lately. He is just reposting what other people say and acting like he's an insider

Beane to Jerry Juedy: “You up?”

Don't we have to wait until 3am for that?

Yeah I’m out also. Shut down the thread it’s a waste of time.

He might - and I’m not sure I would love the Bills to take him.  Some have raised significant concern about drops and him being a body-catcher.  Josh Allen’s fastball hitting Johnston in the chest and bouncing away could be maddening after watching too many drops by Bills’ receivers last year.

We took a chance on Allen who was a raw talent with questions regarding his throwing consistency.   Sometimes you just never know.  There are players that can be coached into better mechanics and change their career trajectory completely.
