So I always find it entertaining when a thread pops up with links showing their message board discussions about our team.

Well what about a discussion about us fans specifically at TBD 🤔

A thread was started yesterday with a link to our “We’re on to Miami” thread and the OP has walked away with the opinion we are scared of them if Tua plays 😂

I just thought it’d be interesting to see what we thought about what they thought about. And cause they are now here spying on us, they can see what we think about what they think about us, then maybe they’ll post what they think about that! (wait…what????)

Well anyway….there’s a lot of tension and anxiety as we approach the first playoff game of what we all dreamed would finally be our Super Bowl season. Here is something a little different to entertain you. I feel like 90% of Fins Fans know it’s a wrap entering the game and I feel ZERO sympathy for what that feels like to them 🤷🏾‍♂️

oh and I have no idea why the OP called us the “Bills Zone Message Board”

Well to be honest there’s plenty of people posting on here scared to death of Tua

This is WAY too convoluted for me.

0) I don't give a rat's whisker what Miami fans think of us Bills fans or this site.

Regarding the Fins:

1) The Fins had to cook our brains to win by 2 points in September when we were starting Jaquan Johnson at safety and lost Benford halfway thru the game, not to mention our starting C the whole game, then our OL dropping like flies to the point where we had a guy playing the final series on a torn ACL.

2) I didn't think the 2nd game "felt" as close as it actually was in terms of the score.  We gave up a big play for a TD to Waddle, on what seemed to be miscommunication/broken coverage; then we had them punting on 4th and 10 and wound up gifting them a 1D on a totally assinine RTK penalty on Cam Lewis. which led to a go-ahead TD and gave the Fins the lead for the 1st time in the game with 2:30 left in the 3rd

3) Then, we let them widen their lead with a strip-sack

4) After that, we pulled our heads out of our asses and got to work by tieing with a TD/2 pt and grinding out a long drive with a FG to win

I think Raheem Mostert was huge for MIA because he posed a good run threat just by himself.  I don't know if MIA has as good of a run threat relying on ?Wilson and ?Ahmed?.  Though Wilson did have a good game against the Jets.

For the Bills, going into the 2nd MIA game down a guard, then losing Morse halfway through and needing to have the backup G switch to 3rd string C while a T played G was a big cause of the 3Q punt-a-palooza in the 3rd and the strip sack, but we sorted it out eventually.  Having our OL healthy is big for us.

We were able to limit Hill OK playing with Jaquan Johnson at Safety and half the game with a PS rookie CB during our 1st meeting.  So I'm not happy about being down to our 3rd string at Safety, and I wish they'd sort what to do as far as playing order for Jackson and Elam, but we've managed before.

I think Tua is a good QB when he's "on", but I'm not sure it's in his interest to play, though I'm sure he wants to.  There was talk he may have "fudged" his baseline concussion testing to make it easier to pass (supposedly Alabama is known for this), making it a poor diagnostic tool.

I think MIA has the potential to be a better team than their 9-8 record suggests, but there's the saying "you are what your record says you are" too, and 5 of the Fins losses came with Tua playing.  In fact, the Fins have more losses with Tua playing than with Bridgewater + Thompson playing.

Hopefully we keep our heads out of our arses, keep our OL in the game, and play smart.

Reading the comments online during the game there was a lot of dread watching the Skylar Thompson Miami offense as though they were anticipating a heart breaking loss.

I think getting into the playoffs has helped lift their spirit a bit but there’s still a portion of the fan base that isn’t so sure

I mean, were they wrong?  That was a pretty questionable "horse collar tackle" on Q Williams that gifted the Fins a 1st down on what would have been 3rd and 7, and put them into eventual FG range

And that's against Joe freakin' Flacco who was looking kinda cooked back in 2018.

So, I'm supposed to care about what Miami fans think of what I think of them? That's some high school level stuff right there.

Hey trolling Miami fans. I think your team sucks. I think your coach sucks. I think your owner sucks. I think your whole state sucks. I think it's fairly likely that you personally suck. I dont care what you think about that.

If the Dolphins(McDaniel) do stick him out there, the NFL should step in. This does not make the shield look good especially after all we heard about the last week is player safety and how they care for their players.

I dunno, was it too ambiguous? I left out my loathing of Canadian Miami fans. Floridian Miami fans I detest but I at least understand. Canadians? Nope. Dont get it. It's just trolling and it needs to be quashed.

Last Miami game I sat in front of a woman who was repeatedly explaining how when she's not a Bills fan she roots for Miami. Just stop.

Beware the well groomed, not overweight folks wearing expensive black and charcoal gray outerwear, drinking coffee and being generally nonplussed. Those are your closet Miami fans who crossed an international border to just kind of be present at a sporting event.

Some TBD posters ARE scared as the first (at least) 2 pages of that thread show. It doesn’t matter what anyone here thinks/says. All that matters is that the Bills players are surely not scared—of anyone.

These same posters are also scared of their own shadow when they see it and their tabletops have indentations from the number of times they have jumped onto it while seeing an ant crawling on the floor in their kitchen too. Some people are simply worryworts.

This one spent most of the game admonishing the people around her for ruining her enjoyment of the game by yelling mean words at Miami. Not at her mind you, at Miami.

The Dolphins lost for almost 2 months straight and barely beat a Flacco-led Jets team yesterday. Does Tua provide them 30 points and also play safety or something?

There’s enough closeted phins fabs around here already.
And your point about scared of Tua? Ya there seems to be ‘fans’ that are scared. Maybe they’re the closeted ones?

For his own health hopefully he sits this one out.

With our pass rush I think he’ll finish just fine.

Honestly there do seem to be a lot of posters here that are scared if Tua plays.

Even against the Jets defense Hill and Waddle were running wide open and just needed a qb who could get the ball to them.  Skylar Thompson was awful.

If Tua is on his A game then we may have trouble containing their passing attack if our defense played like it did against the Pats.  It wouldn’t surprise me if it came down to the wire against them again in a shootout if Tua plays.
