Like others have said, the only thing that could go away is trading a ton of draft picks and then giving that QB a megadeal

The Bengals will be interesting. Burrow and Chase may eat up the most cap space of any QB/WR combo ever. They're going to have some tough decisions to make elsewhere and they'll have to draft well. Which unfortunately I think they will

Not the end of mega-deals, as others have pointed out, proven guys like Herbert and Burrow will be getting paid this off-season. What I think we might see an increase of is the use of the Franchise Tag on some of these fringe QB's. To me Hurts is still a fringe guy so I would not be surprised if he doesn't get a mega deal this off-season. And what in the world do you do with Daniel Jones? He certainly is not a mega deal QB and not really worth a one season franchise tag deal either.

Any opinion on this era being the easiest era to play QB in the NFL?

Todays nfl is obviously easier on the qb……they take much less punishment

Depends upon whether you're Mike White (physical) or Zach Wilson (perceived verbal abuse).
