Because they only have to cover the intermediate/deep parts of the field. Allen refuses to take easy yards quickly. By the time he checks down, they can react.
benderbender Posted January 8, 2023 Posted January 8, 2023 are we trying to keep them guessing on when we’ll run it?

Pete Posted January 8, 2023 Posted January 8, 2023 Come on D! We are overdue for a defensive TD Milano has been quiet. Let’s go Milano! Make plays like you have been doing all season!
Ramza86 Posted January 8, 2023 Posted January 8, 2023 We have 4 trash bags as offensive lineman. Sick of them losing on every passing down.
zow2 Posted January 8, 2023 Posted January 8, 2023 When the Bills go pass, pass, pass, pass, etcx things get stale. when they mix in a run or two it really helps. need to run a bit. 1

The Wiz Posted January 8, 2023 Posted January 8, 2023 I'm on such an emotional high right now after this week and the start of the game that I feel like the bills are up 40-0.
Breakout Squad Posted January 8, 2023 Posted January 8, 2023 Josh seems a little off today but he looks like he’s not trusting our o-line which is a problem.

Pretty concerning going into playoffs The bye really hurt the Bills for some reason; haven't really looked the same since. Defense has an excuse. Offense?

He didn’t have to bail yet and if he hung on just a half second he had someone open. Also might be a bit rattled from earlier pressures. Rarely has had a clean pocket. This Pat D is No Joke He's rushed a few throws that he didn't have to.

Golden*Wheels Posted January 8, 2023 Posted January 8, 2023 seems like line caves in fast even with all the time Josh buys...defense needs to keep us ahead

He always seems to have to go to his second or third. This is a great point. Every single thing we do seems so difficult. Crazy catches, josh running for his life, etc. To me it’s just a lack of true weapons and the decision to not invest in the oline, leaving us with josh having to be Superman each week 1

Reid is obviously awesome and far more experienced than Dorsey calling plays, but Mahomes always has guys running free who get YAC. 3
