It wasn't blind in that sense. But the illegal blind side block rule says you can't block with force towards your own goal line. Your only allowed to block with force in the direction your team is advancing the ball. 

So by your definition here, I just saw a blindside block on that TD return. And it was easily seen by everybody.

Empty hand pushing the ball forward is a considered a fumble I think is the way it is worded.
