Trying to think this through and largely failing.  Help.

Yes.  If Buffalo wins, the AFCC plays on neutral site.  If Buffalo loses and Cincy wins, Buffalo drops to the 3 seed based on the SOV tiebreaker.

Pretty simple....  It is very important for seedings (though as said give the Bills the 3, I don't care).

Noon will clarify things, but as I see it.

1. Bills Lose, KC Loses, Cincy wins all 3 have 4 losses

2. All win then Bills & KC 3 losses

3. Bills & KC W, Cincy L then Bills/KC  3 losses

4. Bills & Cincy W, KC loss, then Bills #1 and, but should be Neutral as they all could have 4 L's (if Cincy beat Buf and then they would have been #1).

Know there are more, but yes a win is necessary.

I’d think it’s pretty important.

If KC wins, we have two home games and then a neutral field game against KC / home game vs anyone else.

If KC loses, we are the 1 seed.

Either way, it certainly serves a purpose.

The question is, will the Bills even try to win.

Or

Will this be one of those Play Everyone games

No...they know this game is important.  Plus...they'll be playing for #3.

Seeing as NE is fighting for their playoff lives along with everything the Bills have on the line (seeding, avoiding Arrowhead)...this is kind of the first playoff game.  Except if we lose, we're not going home.

If there is any justice in the world

Raiders beat KC , Bills beat NE and Cin beats Balt

3 Dbag coaches Reid, Fat Belly and John (i whine endlessly) Harbaugh lose

The above 3 are also dudes I wonder how they would've handled the situation Monday night-check that I don't wonder because all that matters to them is winning football games.

If the Bills win, they are guaranteed no worse than #2 seed.

Lose and likely #3, unless Cincy loses to Baltimore.

I haven’t read everything, so forgive me if this has already been answered… has the league stated the AFCCG will/could be played at neutral site? Or, is this just supposition based on possible scenarios that have been offered by fans and media people? What is the official position of the NFL or is it still unsettled?
