Beasley-Practice Squad call ups

I know Practice Squad players can be elevated three times in a regular season. It was the third time the Bills elevated Cole Beasley on Monday against the Bengals. Since the game was cut short in the first quarter and will not be resumed, does the third practice squad elevation for Beasley still count or can Cole be elevated again for the Patriots game?

Week 17 was championship week for fantasy leagues everywhere. Talk about chaos.

Game was cancelled. It never happened essentially. He can be called up Sunday and unlimited times in the playoffs
