We lose tomorrow and Cincy wins, we are the 3rd seed and face the prospect of going back to Cincy to play them there.  We win, and we'll be 2nd seed, and Cinci will have to come here instead.

Yeah...tomorrow is kinda important.

The road to the Super Bowl is a lot tougher if it's through first Cincinnati and then KC.  A win tomorrow and we avoid both scenarios.

I think a lot of people don’t understand this. I know I didn’t realize it til just a while ago. If we lose and finish 12-4 we will finish 1.5 games behind KC and we would have to go to Arrowhead for the AFC championship game. So tomorrow is pretty important to win. We need to win to get the 2 seed and to be able to play KC on a neutral field in a possible AFC championship game.

The better solution is...Dolphins lose (very likely with 3rd string QB) and Pittsburgh wins and then we play the Steelers which is equivalent to a bye

Ummmm.... TJ Watt, Cam Heyward??

We want to win the 1.9 seed, so tomorrow is important, it gives you home field, but no bye.   Sucks that some garbage plays and a tragedy robbed us of a bye, but it is what it is. It’s go time now. Every game matters, bury the Pats, take on whatever comes from there.

We are healthier now then we've been since the early part of the season.  And you're dreaming if you think Baltimore will beat Cincy tomorrow.

Serious question - are you a Bills fan?  I'm asking because there is nothing to gain if you rest players and we lose to NE. And I don't see us beating NE if we rest Allen and other key players.  Given what we stand to lose (a 2nd round home playoff game & a neutral site Championship game) it's insane to advocate that the Bills rest players tomorrow.

They’re healthy according to the injury report. But the injury report doesn’t include the fact Hyde and Miller are figments of the imagination.

Bills can rest players tomorrow…perhaps in the second half if there’s an act of god inflicted upon the Bengals.

Any talk of the Bills tanking tomorrow's game for the #3 seed, giving up a potential home divisional game, and negating KC's home field advantage at a neutral site is unbridled insanity.

ahem. AS IF  McDermott would ask his team to tank ANYTHING Especially tomorrows game.

It might be one of the most lame ideas I have heard in a while.  It reduces our Bills to the level of cowards. Ridiculous

And coughing up home field advantage to cincy should we play them, AND probably getting the ravens with Lamar instead of the pats/dolphins/Steelers in round 1.  Our game tomorrow is huge

Didn’t the nfl decide not finish the bengals game because of bad mojo?  You may not realize yet but this season has completely off the rails. We need to mess with the mojo to get back on track.  Mojo isn’t even real anyways, it’s a magical power.  Lol

They should have made that game a neutral site if it happened (assuming Cincy wins tomorrow) they got hosed by the NFL not considering the fact that if they won they be the 2nd seed.

I'm not being a jerk here.  I'm truly astounded that a Bills fan would advocate resting players tomorrow and risk falling to a three seed.  I see NO advantage to this at all.  The path to the Super Bowl as a 3 seed is much more difficult then as a 2 seed.  IMO the week of rest doesn't come close to compensating for falling to the 3rd seed.

Respectfully, I'd be fine if they rested players and treated it as a potential bye week to get healthy. Allen now has an injured ankle along with his elbow. Other players have injuries.

This game is completely insignificant in terms of the WC round.

And frankly, it's one game at a time at this point.

Don't think it'll happen, but I'd be fine if they rested their starters. And I'm also fine if they don't.
