It may have already been said but this reminds me of when Christian Erickson had a heart attack on the field during the Olympics. That was the scariest thing I’ve ever seen in a sporting event.

I can’t breathe. This poor man, family and team. I can’t believe it.

Mother Julian of Norwich:

“All shall be well and all shall be well and all manner of things shall be well”

She lived through the Black Death

I’m chanting this as a mantra

“All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well”

Agree. But they shouldn't have to. The NFL needs to call it.

I mean I can’t see McDermott bringing the players back out one way or another.

NFL just needs to decide if they want it to be a draw or forfeit.

Emotions are likely pretty high in the locker room now - I imagine there are some who might be expressing that they don't want to go back out there at this point - really don't see how they play this

The league will take some heat if they have to play this game. The fact that they can’t even discuss it among the those in studio and then to expect them to play after that is stupid. Goodell should have made a decision a long time ago and it should not be up to the coaches or players. SMH

for all we know it’s been decided and just waiting to share firmed up logistics with us

If you are going to do anything, give both teams the victory. No reason to penalize either of these teams for the awful injury that has occurred.

The only way this game can be played is if Hamlin is conscious, alert and fine. That’s obviously not the case so just cancel the game. I don’t care about home field advantage. This is bigger than football.

Can’t they just move the game to tomorrow?

No one gives a damn about the game.  This young man might lose his life.
