BillnutinHouston Posted January 3, 2023 Posted January 3, 2023 In the first half thread someone stated that Mixon was standing over Hamlin laughing at him. Can't confirm that's real. Quote
Dr. K Posted January 3, 2023 Posted January 3, 2023 I wouldn't have any trouble with the Bills forfeiting the game. 1 5 Quote

Perhaps the report of pulse but not breathing is incorrect. Let's pray for that. There are other possibilities as well. Edited January 3, 2023 by redtail hawk Quote
Brianmoorman4jesus Posted January 3, 2023 Posted January 3, 2023 Every minute is like an hour cmon someone say something about him. Let this guy be ok Quote
appoo Posted January 3, 2023 Posted January 3, 2023 I don’t even believe the Bills would be physically safe to play this game. It’s an incredibly fast and violent sport, and you’re most at fear when you’re playing with fear in your heart. You can’t play scared, and how can you not play that way right now. You can’t play this game . It’s a ***** game 2 Quote

Old Coot Posted January 3, 2023 Posted January 3, 2023 Dr Sanjay Gupta says its likely not a brain or spinal cord injury because he was able to get up after the tackle. Says maybe a cardiac or lung issue. A blow to the chest can cause the heart to stop. Hoping and wishing for a good outcome 1 Quote

Coach Tuesday Posted January 3, 2023 Posted January 3, 2023 The Bengals should forfeit as well. That’s the right outcome (because the League can’t make the layup). 1 Quote

BuffaloBillsMagic1 Posted January 3, 2023 Posted January 3, 2023 Only fair thing is no game was played and we are back to a 16 game schedule for both our teams 1 Quote

But it seems CPR was successful enough that they took him off on an ambulance. Likely an arrhythmia from which he should recover.” Agree. If they had effective CPR he will make it. The difference with the soccer player is the pads and time to get them off. Like others have posted the trainers probably rehearse this and if he makes it they will be heros. 1 Quote
UKBillFan Posted January 3, 2023 Posted January 3, 2023 ESPN: Goodell now in communication with the officials. Quote
Iverwig Posted January 3, 2023 Posted January 3, 2023 The league will take some heat if they have to play this game. The fact that they can’t even discuss it among the those in studio and then to expect them to play after that is stupid. Goodell should have made a decision a long time ago and it should not be up to the coaches or players. SMH Quote
