McDaniel is from the Shanahan school, which is why Tua is a good 'fit'. I simply don't see Lamar as ever being a 'timing' passer. Fins are very close to QB purgatory atm, mainly because their options are very limited. Garoppolo would be a 'fit', but he's almost as regularly crocked as Tua, although without the concussions. About the only guy I see as being available and a 'fit', is Mayfield, but I see him as sticking around in LA, for Staffords retirement. Quote

Agree Lamar probably not a good fit for McDaniels system but not sure the owner cares. Quote
