EasternOHBillsFan
I truly can't remember a season like this one where so many QBs have been benched or replaced due to injuries... the full list for Week 17 is crazy: Dolphins - Bridgewater Jets - White Ravens - Huntley Steelers - Pickett Browns - Watson Titans - Willis Colts - Foles Texans - Driskell Raiders - Stidham Commanders - Wentz Eagles - Minshew Cardinals - McSorley Panthers - Darnold Rams - Mayfield Falcons - Ridder That's almost half the league... Just Jack
Interesting. You should post this over on the main board.
EmotionallyUnstable
You could throw Arizona and Kyler in there, as well, due to injury. Plus the Patriots had that little mini coup with Bailey Zappe for a hot minute Also Cowboys with Dak out a number of weeks early in the season

If I had to guess only three or four of those guys will be the same teams week 1 starter in 2023: Pickett, Watson and maybe Willis or Darnold.
Nextmanup
Teams are very slowly starting to realize there is no need to hitch your wagon to a starting QB if he isn't getting the job done. Without a QB who can get it done, you have nothing. People are realizing more and more that if a guy can't get it done now, he probably won't get it done later. It's a good trend for the fans IMO.

Since it wasn't Bills specific I didn't... thought I was doing the right thing. If you could move it that would be swell! 2 hours ago, EmotionallyUnstable said: You could throw Arizona and Kyler in there, as well, due to injury. Zappe could very well start if Belichick was more practical.
US Egg
The days of plentiful quality QB’s regularly in most lineups is long gone. Lucky to have half the teams able to put someone decent under center.
TBBills
This happens every season actually.

It would be total chaos if that was allowed.
