RenoNVBillsfan Posted December 26, 2022 Posted December 26, 2022 I’ve been impressed with Motor the past 2 seasons and feel a long term contract is warranted. Yes, I know RBs are a dime a dozen and it’s wrong to overpay. However this guy not only runs with authority, elusiveness and toughness but also capable as a receiver and above average in pass protection. Plus, has the utmost respect of JA. I’d lock him up at least for a 4 yr deal this off-season. Watching Cook surge in both the running and receiving game, is there a better tandem of RBs than Motor and Cook right now? Motor averaging 4.6 ypr, Cook 5.8 ypr. 4 1 4 2 14 Quote

mikemac2001 Posted December 26, 2022 Posted December 26, 2022 (edited) No - but they can be a solid tandem and make plays for us. The YPC is because of Josh Allen making defenses play away from* LOS Edited December 27, 2022 by mikemac2001 For* 2 3 Quote
T master Posted December 26, 2022 Posted December 26, 2022 If they show up every week and play like they did last week this team will be very hard to stop & if consistent with their out put they will become on the top duo RB's in the league . I woulds love to see them lock motor up for a while pay him decent but not A money he's a perfect fit here in the Bills running game willing to do what ever is asked to get the win a true Bills type !! LOVEMESOMEBILLS Posted December 26, 2022 Posted December 26, 2022 I can't stand Elliot, but I believe that goes to Elliot & Pollard. A combined 1,817 rushing yards and 20 tds. Add another 463 yards and 3 tds receiving. 6 8 Quote

Dr.Sack Posted December 26, 2022 Posted December 26, 2022 The best 3 headed duo if you add Allen. 1 2 Quote

Obviously not the best tandem - Chubb/Hunt, Elliot/Pollard, etc. J Cook is going to take on a larger role in the future- that's what good team management does for its higher draft picks. Develop and use the cheap talent you drafted. There is a need next year for a Thunder RB to complement Cook. That RB should be 95% good on 3rd and 1s and good in pass protection. IMO AJ Dillon would be a better fit if the price is right. 2 Quote
K D Posted December 27, 2022 Posted December 27, 2022 I'm going to go out on a limb and say they are the best RB's on the team, hands down 2 1 1 2 Quote
WhoTom Posted December 27, 2022 Posted December 27, 2022 (edited) In addition to those already mentioned, Jones and Dillon deliver a pretty good 1-2 punch in Green Bay. Edited December 27, 2022 by WhoTom 4 Quote
Southern_Bills Posted December 27, 2022 Posted December 27, 2022 It's good enough I would offer Singletary a deal, team friendly. Wouldn't pay him upper echelon money. Could draft a replacement if need be. 1 Quote

Bubba Gump Posted December 27, 2022 Posted December 27, 2022 They'd be the best ever tandem if they could play Chicago every week. 2 Quote
Nextmanup Posted December 27, 2022 Posted December 27, 2022 No doubt about it! Tops in the league. Also, Bills offensive line. I think it's the best too. And we have the best uniforms too. 1 2 1 Quote
