I should Copy and paste the text thread I had with my Broncos fan buddy when they hired Hackett. It started basically with me saying: “hackett, is by far, one of the worst offensive coaches in bills

history.”

I think it is Wilson only works in certain schemes and likely new head coach will be someone who Wilson says he can work with probably someone from Seahawks or Chiefs organization.

Broncos had zero motivation in beating the Rams.

Thought Hackett was godawful when he was here. 15 games and it was probably overdue.

I know opinions on this board vary, but I trend towards crediting some of the film breakdowns pointing out that Wilson has had options, he's just running off-script (or writing his own script) and there actually are open receivers and plays to be had.

 

I don't think we're going to see a change under the same OC (the Packers former TE coach).  But, an OC who can either design a system to work with whatever Wilson has left, OR, who can get Wilson to buy-in and work within the offense he designs, could look much more successful with Wilson.

I sure hope so... I JUST WISH they would put in Rypien a hell of a lot sooner or have him start.
