The Broncos defense will still get torched by the Chiefs. *yawn* Probably, I'm going to hold out hope they beat KC by 1 or more points having a bounce back after firing a bad coach. It happens sometimes, why not hope. Quote

They got fleeced by the Seahawks in the trade for what looks like a washed-up Russel Wilson this season and saddled with a big cap-hitting contract with lots of term. A trade which will likely provide the Seahawks with a potential top 3 pick for a team that is going to be shopping for a replacement franchise QB. Well done, Seattle. The Broncos’ GM did manage to fleece Miami into giving them a first round pick for a JAG named Bradley Chubb… Edited December 26, 2022 by mannc Quote
Since1981 Posted December 26, 2022 Posted December 26, 2022 Pete Caroll is no dummy. Broncos got played. Quote
GETTOTHE50 Posted December 26, 2022 Posted December 26, 2022 I would love to see him and Tua or Z wilson team up somewhere. 1 Quote
HappyDays Posted December 26, 2022 Posted December 26, 2022 I can't imagine a worse job for a potential head coach. Stuck with little draft capital, the worst contract in the league, and no QB. And you have Mahomes and Herbert on the schedule twice a year each. 3 1 Quote

They shoulda asked us bills fans before the hire how bad he was a OC here under marone lol He was working with EJ Manuel Then took Kyle Orton off the bench we almost made the playoffs He wasn’t the problem lol 1 Quote
HappyDays Posted December 26, 2022 Posted December 26, 2022 So instead of giving their DC Ejiro Evero an opportunity after an incredible year for his unit, they give it to this random guy that has been in the building for a couple months. 1 1 1 3 Quote
H2o Posted December 26, 2022 Posted December 26, 2022 Sean Payton is going to have his pick of openings this off-season. I imagine the Broncos will put the full court press on as well. Quote

I can't tell you how many jokes about his play calling and the numerous predictable runs up the gut for 0 yards we had. We didn't make the playoffs though. He was terrible and everyone was complaining to get rid of him the whole time he was here. 1 Quote

My guess is they want the coordinators to still be able to focus on their units with only two games left. An oversight temporary head coach is pry the best way to go given they play the Chiefs and Chargers. Don't want to stain Evero's future candidacy by getting blown out twice as head coach. 2 Quote

He obviously didn’t pan out as a head coach But he climbed the ranks to head coach because he was Universally thought of as a good coach in football circles… And kept getting coordinator jobs… You don’t fail up in the NFL And bills fans basically dislike every coordinator.. We have a hard part of the Fanbase who didn’t like daboll and Frazier Go back to articles from a decade ago when we hired Hackett … Almost universally praised as an offensive guru and one of the hottest young coaches in the NFL It just didn’t pan out… It was not a retread hire or some guy that was expected to suck He was considered an offensive guru… And climbed the ranks to NFL head coach One of 32 in the world Our organization was a mess… From the top down… Maybe That’s why nothing worked Edited December 26, 2022 by Buffalo716 Quote
Mr. WEO Posted December 26, 2022 Posted December 26, 2022 How is it that the new ownership hasn't fired that notorious moron Elway? Quote

I wouldn’t touch that job with a 100000 foot pole. A washed up Russ with CTE and the worst co tract in the NFL. No first round picks, and an estimated $15M in cap space. I'll sign a 3 year / $10 mil deal tomorrow. 2 1 Quote
