I know the Wind has to be sending that ball in all different directions.

I don't blame Hines on that.  Its safer to allow it to bounce how it may instead of potentially trying to catch and fumbling it.

Seems like we’ve consistently been getting pinned deep on punt returns a lot since Hines has taken over. Either he gets a decent return or we get pinned inside the five.

Hines has yet to prove himself as a solid trade. Cook can play Hines role, except poorly fielding punts.
