He was down by contact already, the DB punched the ball to make it move. If it moved on its own in his going to the ground that would be a case of not maintaining possession, I think.

Except that when he played like ass, McMahon pointed the finger at himself and took responsibility; something Wilson doesn’t possess the character to do. And his arrogance has turned his own teammates against him.
