Beck Water Posted December 23, 2022 Posted December 23, 2022 Who are these announcers? “Other than a couple of major miscues that a competent pro football team should exploit offensively, the Jags offense has played a perfect half” Quote

The Titans are starting Willis the rest of the season, only hold a 1 game lead and they play each other in week 18. I would think they are now the favorites in the AFC South. The Titans may not win another game this year. I personally thought the Jags were going to win the south before Tannehill was ruled out for the season, that only made it more likely imo. Jags have a 69% chance of making the playoffs if they win tonight (538 playoff machine). And I believe they could do some damage in the playoffs too. I will officially place them in that second tier of AFC competitors after the last few weeks. Tier 1: Bills, Chiefs, Bengals. Tier 2: Jags, Ravens (if Lamar returns healthy), Chargers, Dolphins. Really, I don't see anything separating any of those teams from any of the others. (I also don't see much separation between the Tier 1 teams. We don't like to admit it, but it's more luck (injury and otherwise, than anything else at this point) Quote
RiotAct Posted December 23, 2022 Posted December 23, 2022 how did we lose to this God-forsaken team 1 Quote
zow2 Posted December 23, 2022 Posted December 23, 2022 The Jets have had a few lousy rainy weather games at home this year. Booing the crap out of Wilson. Quote
DapperCam Posted December 23, 2022 Posted December 23, 2022 What is the point of booing your high first round pick QB like that? Seems counterproductive, but nobody has ever accused JETES fans of being smart. 1 Quote
Aussie Joe Posted December 23, 2022 Posted December 23, 2022 Why are the Jags trying to put a late hit on Wilson? Keep him in the game 3 Quote
RiotAct Posted December 23, 2022 Posted December 23, 2022 put in the Skinny One (Flacco) for the 2nd half. Quote
The Frankish Reich Posted December 23, 2022 Posted December 23, 2022 Michaels: "He (Zach) took a shot right at the end of the half too." Me: no he didn't. Guy pulled up. Jags are well coached. Pederson: "whatever you do, make sure you keep Zach Wilson in the game." 2 Quote

K-9 Posted December 23, 2022 Posted December 23, 2022 Despite only 13 points, the Jags have done a great job against a great defense. Dorsey could learn a thing or two watching Pedersen operate. He’s got the Jets running around on defense. 3 1 Quote

Warcodered Posted December 23, 2022 Posted December 23, 2022 How the hell did the Jets end up in a situation at the end of the half 5 seconds left on 4th down? Like how did they let that happen after Jacksonville managed to 2 minute a FG, how were they not able to kneel out the half? Quote
HOUSE Posted December 23, 2022 Posted December 23, 2022 (edited) Matt Barkley is better than Zach Wilson Edited December 23, 2022 by HOUSE Quote

JaMarcus: 7-18, 65.2 Zach: 8-13, 71.8 coming into this game. Ryan Leaf is still the Gold Standard. Edited December 23, 2022 by The Frankish Reich Quote
